<br /> §4 APPENDIX F -DRAINAGE, EROSION CONTROL §7 <br /> gradient. The maximum impervious cover percentage require- <br /> ment shall only apply to those areas on a parcel of land that are <br /> not covered with impervious cover as of the effective date of this <br /> ordinance. The impervious cover requirement will pertain to all <br /> area within the development which is shown to be on fifteen (15) <br /> per cent slope or greater by topographical survey performed by a <br /> registered surveyor. Those areas within the development which <br /> are not on slopes of fifteen (15) per cent or greater will be able to <br /> be developed to the maximum allowed under applicable laws. <br /> Slope contours will be based on existing topography at the time <br /> of the effective date of the ordinance. <br /> (Ord. Certification by a registered professional engineer. <br /> No plans and specifications called for in this chapter shall be <br /> accepted, reviewed or approved by the city engineer, or his desig- <br /> nated representative, unless accompanied by the certification of <br /> a registered professional engineer practicing in Texas that: <br /> (1) The development plan is complete, and <br /> (2) The technical and engineering requirements of this chap- <br /> ter are met. <br /> (Ord. Burden of proof. <br /> An applicant for a site development permit has the burden of <br /> establishing that hislher proposed plan conforms to the require- <br /> ments of this chapter. <br /> (Ord. Inspection and enforcement. <br /> (a) The holder of a site development permit shall permit duly <br /> authorized inspectors of the City of San Marcos, Texas, during <br /> reasonable hours to enter onto the land, tract, parcel or lot for <br /> which the permit was issued for the purpose of determining com- <br /> pliance with the requirements of this chapter. <br /> Supp. No. 19 1221 <br />
