<br /> §4 SAN MARCOS CODE §4 <br /> (2) All constructed and altered drainage channels shall be <br /> stabilized and vegetated immediately after final grading. <br /> (3) The rate of runoff after construction shall be equal to or <br /> less than the site's runoff prior to construction. Rate of <br /> runoff shall be computed on a twenty-five-year storm peak <br /> flow using the City of Austin Drainage Criteria Manual as <br /> of the effective date of this ordinance. <br /> (d) Waste water collection and disposal. <br /> (1) Organized sewer systems. All construction of sewer sys- <br /> tems within developments which require compliance with <br /> this ordinance shall comply with the special standards of <br /> Section VII-B of the City of Austin manual, "Standard <br /> Specifications for Water and Waste Water Utility Construc- <br /> tion" as of the effective date of this ordinance. If the sys- <br /> tem is over the Edwards Recharge Zone, construction stan- <br /> dard specifications for waste water will be done in accord- <br /> ance with the Texas Water Development Board Edwards <br /> Rule. <br /> (2) Individual disposal systems. Unsewered lots overlying the <br /> Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone shall use sewage disposal <br /> systems that are installed in accordance with the require- <br /> ments of the Texas Water Development Board Edwards <br /> Rule. <br /> (e) Street and drainage improvements. Plans for street and <br /> drainage improvements located within developments which re- <br /> quire compliance with this ordinance shall be designed with run- <br /> off computed on the basis of a twenty-five-year frequency rainfall <br /> in accordance with the City of Austin Drainage Criteria Manual <br /> as of the effective date of this ordinance. <br /> (0 Impervious cover requirements. No person shall develop <br /> land, tracts, parcels or lots requiring compliance with this ordi- <br /> nance for the City of San Marcos, Texas, having a slope of fifteen <br /> (15) per cent gradient or greater, or having highly erodible soils, <br /> as identified in Appendix 3, so as to create impervious cover in <br /> excess of thirty-five (35) per cent on slopes from fifteen (15) per <br /> cent gradient to twenty-five (25) per cent gradient, or in excess of <br /> twenty (20) per cent on slopes over twenty-five (25) per cent <br /> Supp. No. 19 1220 <br />
