<br /> § 12 APPENDIX F-DRAINAGE, EROSION CONTROL § 13.1 <br /> (C) The city council shall hear said appeal within fifteen (15) <br /> days after the appeal has been filed and must act to revoke said <br /> permit within that period. <br /> (d) The appeal shall be denied unless the city council finds by a <br /> preponderance of the evidence that the permit in question would <br /> violate one or more provisions of this ordinance. <br /> (e) Unless it is heard within fifteen (15) days, the appeal shall <br /> be denied and the permit shall be effective on the sixteenth day. <br /> (Ord. No. 1984-72, § 16,6-13-84; Ord. No. 1984-77, § 2, 7-25-84) <br /> Section. 13. Permit fees. <br /> Applications for permits required by the provisions of this chap- <br /> ter shall be accepted only upon payment of the appropriate fee as <br /> established by the city council. Fees should be keyed to the cost of <br /> issuance of a site development permit (see Appendix 2). <br /> Any application for a site development permit that is rejected <br /> by the city engineer may only be resubmitted as an original <br /> application and only after the payment of the fee required to be <br /> paid for an original application, providing that no application <br /> may be rejected unless it has been reviewed in its entirety and <br /> the applicapt has had an opportunity to respond to the city engi- <br /> neer's complete review. Any time used to respond to the city <br /> engineer's review shall cause the time limits for review to be <br /> extended a like amount of time. <br /> (Ord. No. 1984-72, §13, 6-13-84; Ord. Promulgation of standards, regulations, and <br /> guidelines. <br /> The city engineer for the City of San Marcos is authorized to <br /> promulgate standards, regulations and guidelines to implement <br /> this ordinance.
