To determine the per cent of impervious cover <br /> created by the development of a parcel or tract of land, the <br /> following methods should be used: <br /> Roadways (except cul-de-sacs): <br /> (Wr + 2We) X' (If) = square feet <br /> Wr = width of roadway pavement <br /> We = width of curb <br /> If = linear feet <br /> Cul-de-Sacs (use either A or B): <br /> A. (P/2 + lOXWr + 2Wc) = square feet <br /> P = perimeter of right-of-way <br /> Wr = width of roadway <br /> We = width of curb. <br /> B.
