86 MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AUGUST 22, 1983 PRESENT: Mayor Emmie Craddock Council Herrbers Karl W. Brown Gerald G. Mott, Robert McDonald, Ray Harper, Tom McNair, Jack Lindstrom, Rodney Cobb, Mo Johnson, Tom Allen, Ken Clay- bourn, Ronnie Dannelley, Gordon Hyatt, W. H. Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Emergency Meeting held August 4, 1983. Mr. Brown moved to approve the minutes and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion. On roll call the fol- lowing vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Guerra, Craddock, Kreczmer. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Kissler. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held August 8, 1983. Mr. Farr moved to approve the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unani- mously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held August 15, 1983. Mr. Kreczmer moved to approve the minutes and Mr. Farr seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Guerra, Craddock, Kreczmer. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Kissler. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of two appoint- ments to the Housing Authority Board. Two names had been given to the City Secretary prior to the meeting: Rose Brooks and Richard Cruz. Mayor Craddock moved to appoint Rose Brooks and Richard Cruz and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. * Jaime Moore was not present at this meeting.
