<br />II. <br /> <br />Design Phase -- $22,750.00. <br /> <br />A <br /> <br />maximum <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />$6,067.00 may be billed upon completion of the <br /> <br />first month of the Design Phase; <br /> <br />A <br /> <br />maximum <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />$6,825.00 <br /> <br />may <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />billed <br /> <br />upon submission of <br /> <br />drawings <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />review <br /> <br />at <br /> <br />the 60-percent <br /> <br />completion stage. <br /> <br />A <br /> <br />maximum <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />$7,583.00 <br /> <br />may <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />billed <br /> <br />upon submission of <br /> <br />drawings <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />review <br /> <br />at <br /> <br />the 90-percent <br /> <br />completion stage. <br /> <br />A <br /> <br />maximum <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />$2,275.00 may be billed upon City's acceptance <br /> <br />of the completed drawings and specifications. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />Bidding and Construction Phase -- $9,750.00, billed monthly. <br /> <br />12.2 COMPENSATION FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />For <br /> <br />Additional <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the Engineer, as described in <br /> <br />Section 1.4, Compensation shall be computed as follows: <br /> <br />12.2.1 <br /> <br />Authorization <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Owner <br /> <br />of Additional Services by the <br /> <br />Engineer <br /> <br />will include a limit of the associated fee. <br /> <br />Compensation for <br /> <br />Additional <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />will <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />based <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />list <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />charges <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Additional <br /> <br />Services, <br /> <br />shown <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />Appendix <br /> <br />A, <br /> <br />attached <br /> <br />hereto <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />incorporated herein for all purposes and shall be billed monthly. <br /> <br />12.2.2 The Owner and the Engineer agree in accordance with the <br />Terms and Conditions of this Agreement that if the Scope of the <br />project or of the Engineer's Services is changed materially, the <br /> <br />amounts of compensation shall be renegotiated. <br /> <br />-24- <br />
