lO5 Special Meeting August 30, 1983 Page 3 Mr. Farr moved the Council adjourn into Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, §2 (g), V.A.C.S., to discuss personnel and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion, which passed unanimously (8:55 p.m.). Mayor Craddock moved the Council convene at 12:40 a.m. and Mr. Brown seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration the salary for the City Manager for the 1983-1984 fiscal year. Mayor Craddock moved the City Manager's salary be set at $39,000 and Mr. Moore seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Guerra, Craddock, Kissler, Moore. NAY: Kreczmer. ABSTAIN: None. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration the salary for the City Secretary for the 1983-1984 fiscal year. Mayor Craddock moved the City Secretary's salary be set at $17,500 and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock then moved the salaries for the Municipal Court Judges, Hernandez and Luizzi,and the City's Special Council, Chapman, and dis- cussion of the 1983-1984 budget be tabled until the next Council meet- ing and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Brown then moved the Council adjourn into Executive Session pur- suant to Article 6252-17, §2 (g), V.A.C.S., to discuss personnel and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed unanimously (12:45 a.m.). Mr. Farr moved the Council convene at 1:00 a.m. and Mr. Guerra second- ed the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration the salary for the City Attorney. Ms. Kissler moved City Attorney Barbara Edwards be termi- nated immediately and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Guerra, Craddock, Kissler. NAY: Kreczmer, Moore. ABSTAIN: None. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration award of bid for the Soft- ball Complex - Fencing. After some discussion the City Secretary was directed to place this item on the next Council Agenda for award of bid. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration award of bid for the Soft- ball Complex - Lighting. Mr. Moore moved to award bid to M & N Electric for Hubbell lamps in the amount of $27,999.68 and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
