Mr. Guerra moved to allocate $13,000 of revenue sharing funds to Hays County Women's Center, Inc. and Mr. Brown seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of allocation to Emergency Medical Services (E.M.S.). Mr. Moore moved to allocate $79,288.50. There was no second. Mr. Brown moved to allocate $84,500 of revenue sharing funds to E.M.S. with the provision that the City would provide $10,000 more at a later time as needed for capital outlay. Mr. Guerra seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Guerra, Craddock, Kissler. NAY: Kreczmer, Moore. ABSTAIN: None. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of allocation to Community Action, Inc. - Legal Aid Program. Mayor Craddock moved to allocate $26,500 of revenue sharing funds to Legal Aid and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of allocation to Community Action, Inc. - Alcoholic Counseling and Recovery Program. Mr. Kreczmer moved to allocate $6,000 of revenue sharing funds to Alcoholic Counseling and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of allocation to Hays County Crisis and Information Center, Inc. - HOTLINE. Mayor Craddock moved to allocate $9,000 of revenue sharing funds to Hotline and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Farr, Guerra, Craddock, Kissler, Kreczmer, Moore. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Brown. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of allocation to Scheib Opportunity Center, Inc. Mr. Brown moved to allocate $14,000 of revenue sharing funds to Scheib and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of allocation to Christmas Lights - Downtown Neighborhood Association Sesquicenten- nial Committee. Ms. Kissler moved to allocate $3,000 of revenue sharing funds to the Christmas Lights project and Mayor Craddock seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of alloGation to the Main Street Project for the San Marcos Central Business Dis- trict for 1984. Ms. Kissler moved to allocate $15,000 of revenue sh~r- ing funds to the Main Street Project and Mr. Kreczmer seconded the mo- tion, which passed unanimously.
