Reasoner <br /> <br />(the "Reasoners") as Grantors and the City of San Marcos, Texas <br /> <br />(the "City") as Grantee (the "Agreement"). <br /> <br />The Agreement applies <br /> <br />to and covers an area of land out of an 18 acre tract, more or <br /> <br />less, <br /> <br />owned in fee by the Reasoners and situated in the J .M. <br /> <br />Veramendi League No.2, Hays County, Texas (the "Reasoner Tract"). <br /> <br />The Reasoner Tract is more particularly described in Volume 548, <br /> <br />Page 246 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas. <br /> <br />The "Reasoners" where used in this Agreement shall and is <br /> <br />understood to include the Grantors, their heirs, administrators, <br /> <br />executors, <br /> <br />assigns and successors to all or any part of their <br /> <br />interest in the Reasoner Tract. <br /> <br />The "City" where used in this <br /> <br />Agreement shall and is understood to include the Grantee, <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />elected <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />appointed <br /> <br />officials, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />agents, <br /> <br />employees, <br /> <br />representatives, contractors, assigns and successors. <br /> <br />This Agreement shall become effective on the date that it is <br /> <br />approved by the City Council by resolution authorizing the City <br /> <br />Manager to enter into this Agreement and the Agreement signed by <br /> <br />the City Manager. <br /> <br />It is understood by the City that this Agreement <br /> <br />Real Property Recordl <br />Hays CoYnI)".,t exas <br />
