<br />(5) <br /> <br />(6) <br /> <br />(7) <br /> <br />(8) <br /> <br />(9) <br /> <br />(10) <br /> <br />The Lions Club shall keep the Leased Premises in a <br />Clean condition, shall provide assistance to the <br />City in the regular cleaning of the area adjacent <br />to the recreation building, including the picnic <br />area and parking lot, and will also assist in the <br />cleanup of the San Marcos River in and around the <br />park area. <br /> <br />The City shall continue to maintain those areas <br />of City Park not specifically granted to the Lions <br />Club for its sole or joint maintenance. <br /> <br />The Lions Club shall assist the City in future <br />projects within the City's park system. <br /> <br />The Lions CLub shall have the right to sell items <br />related to the inner tube rental operation and to <br />the City, including chips, candy, non-alcoholic <br />beverages and T-shirts. <br /> <br />The Lions Club shall maintain public liability <br />insurance covering personal injuries and property <br />damage that may occur in connection with the inner <br />tube rental operaion. <br /> <br />The Lions Club shall not discriminate in its inner <br />tube rental opeartions on the basis of race, <br />creed, national origin or ancestry, sex, or <br />handicap. <br />
