<br />BEGINNING at a Texas Highway Department concrete monument found
<br />at the south corner of the said Hays County 0.708 acre tract,
<br />for the south corner of the tract herein described, same being
<br />the east corner of that 1.15 acre tract of land conveyed to
<br />James M. McCrocklin by Jesse Lee Burch, Jr., et aI, by deed
<br />dated April 10, 1981, and recorded in Volume 243, Page 69, Hays
<br />County Deed Records, and being on the northwest line of
<br />Interstate Highway No. 35, as occupied and used upon the
<br />ground;
<br />
<br />THENCE, leaving the said Interstate Highway No. 35, N 47 06' W,
<br />88.27 feet to a Texas Highway Department concrete monument
<br />found at the west corner of the said Hays County 0.708 acre
<br />tract, same being the south corner of the said Hays County 7.79
<br />acre tract, and being the south corner of a 60 foot
<br />Right-of-way Easement of record in the March 14,1983, Hays
<br />County Commissioners Court Docket, Resolution No. 6728;
<br />
<br />THENCE, leaving the said Hays County 0.708 acre tract, with the
<br />southwest line of the said Hays County 7.79 acre tract, the
<br />southwest line of the said 60 foot Right-of-way easement N 47
<br />08' W, at about 111.5 feet passing a 1/2" iron stake found at
<br />the north corner of the said McCrocklin 1.15 acre tract, same
<br />being the east corner of the Summit Subdivision, a subdivision
<br />of record in Book 3, Page 117, Hays County Plat Records, and
<br />being at the Northern Terminus of the Centerline of a 10 foot
<br />water line easement of record in Volume 160, Page 61, Hays
<br />County Deed Records, also being the corner of a 15 foot
<br />easement to the City of San Marcos, of record in Volume 180,
<br />Page 562, Hays County Deed Records, and a corner of a 5 foot
<br />easement of record in Volume 160, Page 62, Hays County Deed
<br />Records, leaving the said 10 foot water line easement and the
<br />said 15 foot City of San Marcoß easement, and continuing on, in
<br />all, 186.44 feet to a 5/8" iron stake found at the east corner
<br />of the said Hays County 5,600 square foot tract, same being a
<br />corner of the said Summit Subdivision, for a re-entrant corner
<br />of the tract herein described:

<br />THENCE, leaving the said Hays County 7.79 acre tract and the
<br />said 60 foot Right-of-way Easement, with a northwest line of
<br />the said Summit Subdivision, S 43 09' W, at about 5 feet
<br />passing the southwest line of the said easement of record in
<br />Volume 160, Page 62, Hays County Deed Records, and continuing
<br />on in all, 56.02 feet to a 5/8" iron stake found at the south
<br />corner of the said Hays County 5,600 square foot tract, a
<br />re-entrant corner of the said Summit Subdivision, for a south
<br />corner of the tract herein described;

<br />THENCE, with a northwest line of the said Summit Subdivision, N
<br />46 55' W, 100.05 feet to a 5/8" iron ~take found at a
<br />re-entrant corner of said Summit Subdivision, same being the
<br />west corner of the said Hays County 5,600 square foot tract,
<br />for a west corner of the tract herein described;

<br />THENCE, with a southeast line of the said Summit Subdivision, N
<br />43 06' E, at about 51 feet passing the southwest line of the
<br />aforementioned 5 foot easement and continuing on in all, 56.09
<br />feet to a 5/8" iron stake found, at an east corner of the said
<br />Summit Subdivision, the north corner of the said Hays County
<br />5,600 square foot tract, for a re-entrant corner of the tract
<br />herein described, same being on the northeast line of the said
<br />5 foot easement, the southwest line of the aforementioned Hays
<br />County 7.79 acre tract, and the southwest line of the
<br />aforementioned 60 foot Right-of-way Easement;

<br />THENCE, leaving the said Hays County 5,600 square foot tract
<br />with a northeast line of the said Summit Subdivision, the
<br />southwest line of the said Hays County 7.79 acre tract, N 46
<br />57' W, at about 15 feet passing a Lower Colorado River
<br />Authority power line and power line easement of record in
<br />Volume 179, Page 186, Hays County Deed Records, at about 63
<br />feet passing the west corner of the said 60 foot Right-of-way
<br />Easement, at about 115 feet passing the north corner of the
<br />said 5 foot easement, the east corner of a 12 foot water
