<br />employees, agents or subcontractors. <br /> <br />7.5 <br /> <br />Consultant's <br /> <br />project <br /> <br />personnel <br /> <br />shown in the Consultant's <br /> <br />proposal <br /> <br />may <br /> <br />not <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />modified <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />changed <br /> <br />without prior written <br /> <br />notification <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />Owner <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />such event, Owner may renegotiate <br /> <br />and/or terminate this Agreement. <br /> <br />7.6 <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />Consultant <br /> <br />agrees <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />procure <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />maintain <br /> <br />at <br /> <br />Consultant's <br /> <br />expense <br /> <br />until final payment by the Owner for services <br /> <br />covered <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Agreement, <br /> <br />insurance <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />kinds and amounts <br /> <br />hereinafter <br /> <br />provided <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />insurance <br /> <br />companies <br /> <br />authorized <br /> <br />to do <br /> <br />business <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the State of Texas, covering all operations under this <br /> <br />Agreement, <br /> <br />whether <br /> <br />performed <br /> <br />by Consultant or Consultant's agents <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />employees. <br /> <br />Before <br /> <br />commencing <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Work the Consultant shall <br /> <br />furnish <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Owner <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />certificate <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />certificates <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />form <br /> <br />satisfactory <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Owner, <br /> <br />showing <br /> <br />that Consultant has complied <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Paragraph. <br /> <br />All <br /> <br />certificates <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />provide that the <br /> <br />policy <br /> <br />shall not be changed or cancelled until at least thirty (30) <br /> <br />days' <br /> <br />written notice shall have been given to the Owner. <br /> <br />Kinds and <br /> <br />amounts of insurance required are as follows: <br /> <br />Workmen's <br /> <br />Compensation <br /> <br />Insurance: <br /> <br />Workmen's Compensation <br /> <br />Insurance <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Consultant's <br /> <br />employees <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />accordance <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Act of the State of Texas. <br /> <br />Liability <br /> <br />Insurance: <br /> <br />General <br /> <br />Liability Insurance in an <br /> <br />amount <br /> <br />not <br /> <br />less <br /> <br />than $500,000 per claim and $1,000,000 aggregate, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />automobile <br /> <br />liability <br /> <br />insurance <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />an <br /> <br />amount <br /> <br />not less than <br /> <br />$250,000 <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />injuries to anyone person and $500,000 on account of <br /> <br />any <br /> <br />one <br /> <br />accident <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />an amount of not less than $100,000 for <br /> <br />property damage to protect the Consultant and the Consultant's <br /> <br />-9- <br />
