1l3 MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, SEPTEMBER 12, 1983 PRESENT: Mayor Emmie Craddock Council Members * Karl W. Brown Gerald G. Services Dinah Elwell City Planner Joe Garza Also Present: Mark Hendricks, Jerri Martin, Olga Garza, Merrill Peterson, Mike Moore, Henry Kyle, Patrick Miller, Cindy Rodriguez, Gilbert Gomez, Elbert Morrow, Bill Pryatel, Nina pryatel, Rodney Cobb, Ken Claybourn, Albert Walker, Charles Stone, Russell Strandtmann, Ruth Strandtmann, Kim Dallefeld, Ken Long, Gregg Echols, Francis Horne, Jack Lindstrom, Brenda Smith, Berry James, Bill Nicola and others. Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held August 22, 1983. Mr. Guerra moved to ap- prove the minutes and Mr. Farr seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Farr, Guerra, Craddock, Kissler, Kreczmer. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Moore. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Emergency Meeting held August 24, 1983. Mr. Farr moved to ap- prove the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held August 30, 1983. Ms. Kissler moved to approve the minutes and Hr. Guerra seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Emergency Meeting held September 1, 1983. Mr. Farr moved to approve the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. On roll call the fol- lowing vote was recorded: AYE: Farr, Craddock, Kissler, Kreczmer, Moore. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Guerra. * Mr. Brown was present at 7:40 p.m. ** Mr. Chapman was present for the Executive Session only.
