<br /> construction activities involving Crystal <br /> Clear's water utility system. These standards <br /> and specifications shall be adequate for both <br /> water supply and fire protection purposes, as <br /> determined by the City. <br /> ( 2) Develop with due diligence a utility <br /> Master Plan for areas in the City's affected <br /> extraterritorial jurisdiction that are now in <br /> the dual certified service area. <br /> ( 3) Permit Crystal Clear to collect revenues <br /> from customers within the dual certified <br /> service area who are serviced by Crystal Clear <br /> as authorized by this agreement. <br /> ( 4) Cooperate with Crystal Clear's efforts to <br /> comply with the Texas Water Commission or any <br /> other governmental agencies' regulations in <br /> the future. <br /> V. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS <br /> Extensions: Each party agrees to allow the other party <br /> <br /> to extend transmission lines through the other party's <br /> certified area for the purpose of serving any of that party's <br /> customers authorized by this agreement. <br /> Modification: No provisions of this agreement may be <br /> modified except by mutual written, consent of the parties. <br /> Document as Entire Aqreement: This document embodies <br /> <br /> the entire agreement between the parties relative to the <br /> subject matter hereof and no verbal agreement of any kind shall <br /> be binding or recognized or in any manner modify this <br /> agreement. <br /> Severability Clause: If any word, phrase, clause, <br /> <br /> paragraph, part or provision of this Agreement or the <br /> subparagraphs contained herein or the application thereof to <br /> -4- <br />
