The CONSULTANT shall monitor and review the Work and <br /> results of all testing laboratories as required by OWNER. <br /> 3.4.14 The CONSULTANT shall conduct professional inspections <br /> to determine the Dates of Substantial Completion and final <br /> completion, to evaluate the Work for acceptable conformance with <br /> the Contract Documents and in light of any subsequent tests <br /> performed as described in Section 3.4.12 hereof, to verify that <br /> any minor deviations from the Contract Documents as described in <br /> Section 3.4.12 hereof have been corrected and that the reasons for <br /> any specific qualifications in any and all previous Certificates <br /> for Payment as described in Section 3.4.12 hereof are either no <br /> longer valid or the condition(s) and/or problem(s) have been <br /> corrected. The CONSULTANT shall receive and review written <br /> warranties and related documents required by the Contract <br /> Documents and assembled by the Contractor. The CONSULTANT shall <br /> issue a final Certificate for Payment or take other appropriate <br /> action. And, the CONSULTANT shall make a recommendation to OWNER <br /> regarding OWNER's acceptance of the PROJECT. <br /> 3.4.15 The extent of the duties, responsiblities and <br /> limitations of authority of the CONSULTANT as the OWNER's <br /> representative during construction shall not be modified or <br /> extended after the Contract Documents have been authorized to be <br /> competitively bid without written consent of the OWNER and the <br /> CONSULTANT and with notice to the Contractor. <br /> 3.4.16 Revise contract drawings (unless complete redrawing <br /> is required) to show the Project as constructed. Furnish a set of <br /> the reproducible record drawings, revised drawings to the OWNER, <br /> and furnish two (2) sets of reproducible record drawings, <br /> including airport layout plan, to the FAA. <br /> 3.4.17 Revise the Airport Layout Plan (A.L.P.) to show the <br /> Project as constructed. <br /> 3.4.18 Consulting services for Phase 3 will terminate thirty <br /> (30) calendar days after final acceptance, by the OWNER, of the <br /> Project. Consulting services after this time will be accomplished <br /> in accordance with provisions of Article 4. <br /> 3.4.19 The Consultant shall prepare a "Construction <br /> Materials Quality Control Summary" to be submitted weekly/monthly <br /> to the FAA. At a minimum, the summary shall include a list of all <br /> tests performed showing the date, location, pass or fail, results <br /> of retests, and whether or not the test is eligible or ineligible <br /> under the A.I.P. program. The Summary will include a <br /> certification that all testing was completed in accordance with <br /> the "Construction Materials Quality Control Plan." <br /> 3.4.20 The Consultant shall prepare a summary of materials <br /> not passing and the penalty called for by the specifications. <br /> -8- <br />
