<br /> BASIC SERVICE REQUIREMENTS <br /> ACCOUNTS REQUIRED <br /> - Victoria Bank & Trust-San Marcos will be able to provide all <br /> required accounts. <br /> DEPOSIT SERVICES <br /> - Victoria Bank & Trust will process all items without next day <br /> holdover. If there have been holdover items, City accounts <br /> will be refreshed with a corresponding credit. <br /> AVAlLABILTY SCHEDULE <br /> - Victoria Bank & Trust agrees to follow the funds availability <br /> schedule outlined in the RFP. Also, any improvments in <br /> availability capabilities, through additional legislation or <br /> automation, will be passed directly to the city. <br /> BALANCE REPORTING <br /> - We are currently unable to provide automated balance reporting <br /> via a software program. This service is being considered and <br /> when it becomes available, we will notify the city. We are <br /> able to provide balance reporting by telephone. <br /> RECEIPT PRACTICES <br /> - The Bank will provide the following receipt schedule: <br /> Daily Deposits (in person) Immediately <br /> Wire Transfer Confirmation mailed within 24 hours <br /> Intrabank Transfers mailed within 24 hours <br /> Investment Purchase/Redemption mailed within 24 hours <br /> Safekeeping Receipts Two days after <br /> security receipt <br /> - All receipts will be mailed within 24 hours <br /> - The City will incur no mail expense <br /> - Bank's mail schedule (reference attachment 3) <br /> - Daily return of receipts by armored car is not feasable at this <br /> time <br />
