<br /> 19 <br /> WATER AND WASTEWATER <br /> IMPACT FEES <br /> PAYMENT AND ASSESSMENT <br /> Payment of the impact fees for water and/or wastewater shall be <br /> paid in full prior to the issuance of the building permit except <br /> that upon written request by the owner to the City Manager. The <br /> owner shall be allowed to pay fifty (50) percent of said impact <br /> fee prior to issuance of the building permit and fifty (50) <br /> percent prior to issuance of the certificate of occupancy. <br />
