Topographic information within the designated limits showing spot elevations at P.C.'s and <br /> P.T.'s of curves and radii, top of pavement elevations at 50' intervals, top of inlet and <br /> flowline elevations and locations of storm drainage structures in infield areas for draining <br /> stormwater or french drain piping to. All elevations based on U.S.C. & G.S. datum. <br /> Interpolated l' contours drawn on each site plan with spot elevations. <br /> 3. Minimum of one benchmark to be established with temporary benchmarks set on 200' <br /> centerlines each side of runway for the contractor to reference accurately during <br /> construction. Surveyor shall define method of establishing temporary benchmarks to <br /> protect them during construction activities. <br /> 4. Drawings of site to be drawn at a scale of 1 "=50' and originals to be supplied to us for our <br /> design use. <br /> 5. Foot prints and finish floor elevations of electrical vault building along with 35mm <br /> photographs of exterior and interior (all walls) of the electrical vault building. <br /> 2.1.2 Furnish to the OWNER with one (1) set of 24" x 36" mylar originals of topographic and <br /> physical features maps. <br /> 2.2 PAYMENT FOR BASIC SERVICES <br /> 2.2.1 Total payment for services shall not exceed $9,600.00. <br /> Billings to the OWNER for services rendered shall be based on costs and hourly rates shown, and <br /> upon actual work performed. Under no circumstances shall the amount billed exceed work accomplished. <br /> 2.2.2 If the OWNER elects to have the SURVEYOR furnish additional or special services above <br /> those defined in Article 2.1.1, the fees for such services shall be calculated on the basis of Direct Salary, <br /> as defined herein: <br /> PERSONNEL RATE PER HOUR <br /> Field Work: $55.00 <br /> Office Work: $30.00 <br /> 2.2.3 No work shall be undertaken without written authorization of the OWNER. <br /> 2.2.4 Reimbursable expense which is defined as all expenses incurred by the SURVEYOR which <br /> are directly chargeable to the PROJECT, which in general include expenses for long distance telephone <br /> calls, computer time-sharing, telegrams, express charges and postage other than ordinary first class, and <br /> reproduction costs (above that defined in Articles 2.1.1, 2.1.2, and 2.1.3) are payable at cost with no <br /> override charge. <br />
