118 Special Meeting December 19, 1983 Page 5 Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of authoriza- tion for the City Manager to employ the Main Street Project Manager. Mayor Craddock moved to authorize the City Manager to employ the Main Street Project Manager and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval to award bid of a 1/2-ton pickup truck for the Meter Maintenance Department. Mr. Brown moved to award bid to Ellis Motor Company in the amount of $7,433.45 and Mr. Farr seconded the motion. On roll call the fol- lowing vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Guerra, Craddock. NAY: Kreczmer, Moore. ABSTAIN: None. Mayor Craddock then moved the Council adjourn into Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, §2(e), V.A.C.S., to discuss contemplated litigation and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion, which passed unanimously (9: 12 p.rn.). Mr. Farr moved the Council convene at 9:47 p.m. and Mr. Moore seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval to retain Ludlum and Ludlum regarding certain arbitration, administrative and litigation matters.
