<br /> Thence, S 45 degrees E, along the common line between tots 2 and <br /> 3, a distance of 150' to a point on the Northwest line of <br /> Hopkins Street, said point being the beginning point of this <br /> description. <br /> SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (lŒ} days <br />from and after its passage and after it has been subject to <br />reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following <br />its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider <br />it. If reconsidered on it shall be in effect ten <br />days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not <br />go into effect if denied. If not reconsidered or if reconsidered and <br />approved it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in <br />the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of May , 1990, <br />subject to reconsideration at the next regular City Council meeting <br />scheduled for . <br />Reconsidered yes no xx <br /> if yes approved <br /> denied <br /> date "i <br />ri~íY~ .
