<br /> I. <br /> This agreement shall be for a term of one (1) year beginning <br /> on the Effective Date and ending on the ---- day of , <br /> 19----, but shall continue thereafter from year to year subject <br /> to termination as provided herein. <br /> II. <br /> Subzone Operator agrees to pay to Grantee the fees published <br /> on the FTZ's Fee Schedule at the time such fees are incurred, it <br /> being expressly understood that said fee schedule may be amended <br /> by the Grantee at any time without notice to Subzone Operator. A <br /> copy of the FTZ's Fee Schedule as in effect on the date hereof is <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit A for reference purposes only. All <br /> such fees shall be deemed to have been earned in full when paid <br /> and are nonrefundable. <br /> III. <br /> The annual fee shown on the FTZ"s Fee Schedule shall be due <br /> and payable on the later of (i) the execution of this agreement <br /> by Subzone Operator or (ii) the Effective Date, and on each <br /> anniversary of the Effective Date while this agreement is in <br /> effect. <br /> IV. <br /> The Premises shall be used by the Subzone Operator only for <br /> the following purposes: <br /> <br /> -2- <br />
