<br /> <br /> <br /> V. <br /> Grantee and Subzone Operator will comply with all applicable <br /> provisions of the Foreign-Trade Zones Act (19 U.S.C. 81a, et <br /> seq.) and the rules and regulations of the Foreign-Trade Zones <br /> Board, the 1ecretary of the Treasury and the U.S. Customs Ser- <br /> vice, as well as all state, local and federal directives applic- <br /> able to Foreign-Trade Zone Operations, all of which are herein- <br /> after collectively referred to as "Laws, Rules and Regulations". <br /> VI. <br /> Grantee and/or its authorized representatives shall have the <br /> right, but not the responsibility, at any time during the busi- <br /> ness hours of Subzone Operator to inspect the Premises and to <br /> audit the documents and records of Subzone Operator relative to <br /> its subzone, to assure itself of Subzone Operator's compliance <br /> with the terms and provisions hereof and with all Laws, Rules and <br /> Regulations. If Grantee discovers any non-compliance by Subzone <br /> Operator with this agreeement or with any Laws, Rules and Regula- <br /> tions, Grantee shall have the right to issue written notice to <br /> Subzone Operator of such non-compliance.
