<br /> Premises of Subzone Operator, Grantee and/or its authorized rep- <br /> resentatives shall be escorted by a representative of Subzone <br /> Operator. In the event Grantee gives Subzone Operator a notice <br /> of non-compliance, Subzone Operator shall act with dispatch to <br /> correct such non-compliance within ten (10) working days after <br /> receipt of notice or, if not curable within such time period, <br /> present to Grantee not more than ten (10) working days after <br /> receipt of notice a timetable for correction acceptable to <br /> Grantee and thereafter pursue correction in a diligent manner <br /> according to the said timetable. In the event Subzone Operator <br /> fails or refuses after notice to correct any non-compliance with- <br /> in the period provided or if after beginning corrective action <br /> fails or refuses to diligently pursue same to completion, Grantee <br /> shall have, in addition to, but not in limitation of, any of its <br /> remedies at law or in equity, the right to terminate this agree- <br /> ment upon thirty (30) days written notice to Subzone Operator. <br /> VII. <br /> In the event Subzone Operator fails, or refuses, to pay any <br /> fee due and payable to Grantee pursuant to this agreement and the <br /> FTZ Fee Schedule within ten (10) working days after written no- <br /> tice of non-payment to Subzone Operator, Grantee may terminate <br /> this agreement upon fifteen (15) days written notice to Subzone <br /> Operator. <br /> -4- <br />
