<br /> VIII. <br /> Grantee shall notify Subzone Operator of non-performance or <br /> termination of this agreement and the effective date thereof, by <br /> written notice sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, <br /> and addressed to Subzone Operator at: <br /> <br /> <br /> Attention: <br /> Subzone Operator immediately upon receipt of notice of termina- <br /> tion shall stop admitting merchandise in Zone status under the <br /> auspices of its subzone. Subzone Operator will thereafter comply <br /> with all Laws, Rules and Regulations relative to entering the <br /> foreign status merchandise and inventory on the Premises and pay- <br /> ment of duty for such merchandise and inventory. <br /> IX. <br /> Subzone Operator shall not remove, or permit removal of, any <br /> merchandise located on the Premises without the proper Customs <br /> Permit and the payment of all applicable Customs duties and fees. <br /> Subzone Operator agrees to furnish to Grantee within five (5) <br /> days of receipt or preparation, copies of documentation to and <br /> from the regulatory agencies for the subzone which relate to per- <br /> mits and payment of duty and fees. For any such information con- <br /> tained therein which Subzone Operator designates as proprietary <br /> or confidential in nature, Grantee shall not disclose to others <br /> -5- <br />
