Box 1541 <br /> Corpus Christi, Texas 78403 <br /> Attention: Mr. Harry Plomarity <br /> Executive Director <br /> XII. <br /> Upon termination of this agreement or in the event Subzone <br /> Operator gives notice of its intent to discontinue its FTZ opera- <br /> tions or status, Grantee shall request the governmental author- <br /> ities having jurisdiction of the FTZ to deactivate or dezone the <br /> Premises. If and when Grantee receives notification from the <br /> appropriate governmental authority that the Premises has been de- <br /> activated or dezoned, it shall notify Subzone Operator in writing <br /> of same. Neither the Grantee nor the Subzone Operator shall have <br /> any liability to the other party solely as a result of exercising <br /> its right to terminate this agreement as provided for herein. <br /> XIII. <br /> Subzone Operator understands, and agrees, that in the event <br /> this agreement is terminated, Grantee may notify the United <br /> States Customs Service, the Foreign-Trade Zones Board and any <br /> other regulatory agency with jurisdiction over the Subzone Opera- <br /> tor's subzone of such termination and request that the said <br /> agencies take appropriate action relative to the status of the <br /> subzone. <br /> -8- <br />
