<br /> XIV. <br /> Subzone Operator shall not rent, lease or sublet any part of <br /> the Premises nor assign this agreement or any interest therein <br /> without the prior written approval of the Grantee. <br /> TV. <br /> The Subzone Operator agrees to be responsible for the sub- <br /> mission to the Grantee of yearly reports containing such data and <br /> in such form as may be required by the Foreign-Trade Zones Board <br /> and the U.S. Customs Service. Records shall be kept in accor- <br /> dance with U.S. Customs and Foreign-Trade Zones Board require- <br /> ments. These yearly reports include, but are not limited to, the <br /> Annual Report needed to be furnished by Grantee to the Foreign- <br /> Trade Zones Board by January 1 of each year. Subzone Operator <br /> agrees to furnish Annual Report within sixty (60) days of the <br /> Government's close of the fiscal year covered by the Annual <br /> Report. <br /> TVI. <br /> The Grantee and the Subzone Operator are not and shall not <br /> be considered as joint venturers, partners, or agents of each <br /> other, and neither shall have the power to bind or obligate the <br /> other except as set forth in this Agreement. There shall be no <br /> liability on the part of the Grantee to any person for any debts <br /> incurred by the Subzone Operator or by business conducted on the <br /> Premises. <br /> -9- <br />
