<br /> XVII. <br /> This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accor- <br /> dance with the laws applicable to the State of Texas. <br /> XVIII. <br /> AIl terms and words used in this Agreement, regardless of <br /> the number and gender in which they are used, shall be deemed and <br /> construed to include any other number, singular or plural, and <br /> any other gender, masculine, feminine, or neuter, as the context <br /> or sense of this Agreement or any paragraph or clause herein may <br /> require, the same as if such words had been fully and properly <br /> written in the number and gender. <br /> XIX. <br /> This Agreement may be executed in any number of counter- <br /> parts, each of which when so executed and delivered, shall be <br /> deemed an original, but such counterpart together shall consti- <br /> tute but one and the same instrument. <br /> XX. <br /> This instrument contains the entire agreement of the par- <br /> ties, and no representations, inducements, promises, or agree- <br /> ments, oral or otherwise, not embodied herein, shall be of any <br /> force or effect.
