data and information in the City's possession needed by the Architect at the Architect's request. <br />2.2 Designate Stephanie Langenkamp, Assistant Director of Community Services - Library <br />as the City's Project Manager and authorized representative to act on the City's behalf with <br />respect to this Agreement. The City will examine the documents and information submitted by <br />the Architect and promptly render responses to the Architect on issues requiring a decision by <br />the City. <br />2.3 Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the Architect to enter public and <br />private property as required for the Architect to perform its services under this Agreement. <br />2.4 Form a Study Planning Group to serve as advisors to the Architect during the course of <br />this Project. <br />2.5 Bear all other costs incidental to this Article. <br />ARTICLE 3 <br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br />3.1 Reimbursable expenses, including such things as expenses for plotting, reproduction of <br />documents except bid documents, auto travel mileage, delivery charges, long distance <br />communications, freight, and state accessibility review are included in the Architect's basic <br />services compensation. <br />ARTICLE 4 <br />PAYMENTS TO THE ARCHITECT <br />4.1 PAYMENTS FOR BASIC SERVICES <br />The City will pay the Architect for Basic Services on a monthly basis following receipt by the <br />City of the Architect's invoices showing direct and indirect labor costs, expenses for materials <br />and supplies and any other reimburseable expenses if applicable, and appropriate payment <br />requisitions. The Architect will base the amounts of its invoices upon the extent of work it has <br />completed on an hourly basis within each phase of services, in accordance with Article 13 of this <br />Agreement, less any disputed amounts, pending resolution thereof. <br />4.2 PAYMENTS FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />The City will pay the Architect for Additional Services as defined in Section 1.10 monthly upon <br />presentation of the Architect's statement of services rendered or expenses incurred, less any <br />disputed amounts, pending resolution thereof and an Authorization of Change in Services form <br />executed by the Architect and the City. <br />Dewberry Architects Agreement Final <br />7 <br />
