1.9.1 Bring together all findings including input from the City Council to develop a final report. The final report will consist of the building program, conceptual designs, analysis derived from the community meetings and other findings related to creating a modern dynamic library to serve the San Marcos community. The final report will include a detailed cost model tailored to the accepted project budget and conceptual design. 1.9.2 Provide the City with presentation boards of the final conceptual design. The presentation boards will include full color floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations and perspective drawings. The Consultant will label all plans to indicate that they are preliminary conceptual designs and are subject to change. 1.9.3 Provide the City with a final bound report that will include the library building program, the detailed cost estimates, research findings, and other recommendations. The Consultant will supply this bound report as an electronic PDF file as well as all PowerPoint presentations made during the course of the Project. 1.9.4 Submit the final reports, presentation boards, and electronic files to the City at the completion of this Project. 1.10 ADDITIONAL SERVICES /CHANGE IN SERVICES /ASSUMPTIONS 1.10.1 The City may direct the Architect to perform services outside of the scope of the Basic Services described in Sections 1.1 through 1.9 above. The Architect will submit a written estimate of fees to the City and obtain the City's authorization before initiating any additional services. Civil, structural or MEP engineering services are specifically considered to be additional services. 1. 10.2 The parties agree that the Architect is relying on the assumption that the City has and will provide documents of the existing building and Project site. 1. 10.3 Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by the Architect must be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form attached to this Agreement as Attachment A. Compensation for additional services will be in addition to that specified for Basic Services in accordance with Article 13 of this Agreement. The approval of the San Marcos City Council is necessary for all additional services the compensation for which exceeds $50,000.00. ARTICLE 2 THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES The City will: 2.1 Provide full information to the Architect regarding the City's requirements for the Architect's services under this Agreement.
