-3- (II) "Aesthetic use" means the use of water for fountains, waterfalls, and landscape lakes and ponds where such use is entirely ornamental and serves no other functional purpose. (12) "Other outside use" means the use of water outdoors for the maintenance, cleaning and washing of structure and mobile equipment, including automobiles and boats, and the washing of streets, driveways, sidewalks, patios and other similar areas. ( 13) Waste includes, but is not limited to, allowing water to run off into a gutter, ditch or drain, or failing to repair a controllable leak. (14) "Impervious surface area" means any structure or any street, driveway, sidewalk, patio or other surface area covered with brick, paving, tile or other impervious material. (15) "Health care facility" means any hospital, clinic, nursing home or other health care or medical research facility. (16) "Water utility use" means water used for withdrawal, treatment, transmission and distribution by potable water systems. (17) "Power production use" means the use of water for steam generation and the use of water for cooling and for replenishment of cooling reservoirs. ( 18) "Agricultural irrigation" means irrigation for the purpose of growing c ro p s commercially for human consumption or to use as feed for livestock or poultry. (19) "Makeup" means partial refilling due to evaporative water loss and backwashing. (20) "Reused water" means water th~t has been recycled or reclaimed after it has been used for any beneficial purpose. Part 3: That all restrictions and provisions of this ORDER shall remain in effect until such time as this ORDER, or any portion of it, is rescinded by action of the City Manager. Part 4: A person who knowingly or intentionally violates or causes the violation of any restriction contained in Part 2 of this ORDER shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00). A separate offense shall be deemed to occur on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
