78 Regular Meeting November 28, 1983 Page 9 Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval for authoriza- tion to bid a 72" front line tractor mower for the Parks and Recreation Department. Ms. Kissler moved for approval and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval for authorization to bid a tractor for the Parks and Recreation Department. Ms. Kissler moved for approval and Mr. Brown seconded the motion,which passed unani- mously. Mayor Craddock announced the Council would receive a progress report from Charles Chapman regarding handicap parking. Mr. Chapman had placed in the Council's packets for the meeting such report and stated the Ordinance was in the process of being prepared and would be presented to the Council for their consideration at the December 12 Meeting.
