responses to the Consultant on issues requiring a decision by the City. <br />D) Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the Consultant to enter public and <br />private property as required for the Consultant to perform its services under this Agreement. <br />E) Request a ruling from the Texas Attorney General if the City receives a request under the <br />Texas Public Information Act for information that the Consultant deems proprietary in <br />nature. <br />F) Reimburse finalists for travel related expenses to interview. <br />G) Provide photos /graphics and information necessary to develop position profile brochure and <br />provide the reproduction of the hard copy brochure if so desired. <br />H) Be responsible for all meeting and assessment locations including refreshments and other <br />related logistical issues. <br />I) Bear all costs incidental to this Article. <br />III.ADDITIONAL SERVICES/PROJECT ASSUMPTIONS <br />A) The City may direct the Consultant to perform services outside of the scope of the Basic <br />Services described in Section A above. The Consultant considers items incidental to Basic <br />Services to be covered by the professional services fee, and will not bill the City for any <br />expenses except for those explicitly detailed in Section IV. The Consultant will submit a <br />written estimate of fees to the City and obtain the City's authorization before initiating any <br />additional services. The following are considered to be additional services: <br />1) Candidate Travel. Candidates are typically reimbursed directly by the City for travel <br />expenses. If the City prefers a different arrangement for candidate travel, the <br />consultant will accommodate the City's wishes. <br />2) Site visits performed by the Consultant to communities of finalist candidates. <br />3) Development of a custom recruitment video advertisement, for posting on YouTube <br />and linking to other media sources <br />B) Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by the Consultant <br />must be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form attached to <br />this Agreement as Attachment C. Compensation for additional services will be in addition to <br />that specified for Basic Services (Section A) of this Agreement. The approval of the San <br />Marcos City Council is necessary for all additional services the compensation for which <br />exceeds $50,000.00. <br />IV.
