7) Comprehensive Background Investigation Reports. Billed at cost of $300 per <br />candidate for comprehensive background screening reports prepared by a licensed <br />private investigations provider (up to 6 candidates included in not -to- exceed expenses <br />above). Any reports provided above the initial 6 will be billed as additional services. <br />8) Travel and related costs for the Consultant incurred for the benefit of the client <br />include hotel billed at $150 per night, and meals billed at $10 for breakfast, $15 for <br />lunch, and $20 for dinner. Mileage will be reimbursed at the current IRS rate. All <br />other travel- related expenses are billed back at actual cost, with no markup for <br />overhead. <br />C. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: <br />Compensation for additional services (all services not shown on Scope of Services) will be <br />computed based on the Consultant's standard hourly rate of $250.00 which includes <br />reimbursable expenses. This Agreement does not include services performed prior to the <br />execution of the Agreement or services not specifically addressed under Section I -Scope of <br />Consultant's Basic Services. In the unexpected event the City shall request that unusual out <br />of pocket expenses be incurred, said expenses will be reimbursed at the actual cost with no <br />mark up for overhead.
