<br /> -3- <br /> (g) The Consultants will analyze the survey results and prepare <br /> both written and oral reports for the City, with appropriate graphic <br /> presen ta tions. The completed reports will be statisically competent, <br /> professionally prepared and comprehensible and useable for both City <br /> officials and lay persons. In addition, the survey data will be made <br /> available to the City in a format compatible with the City's <br /> Department of Planning and Development Services automation systems. <br /> Consultants will pay all expenses in connection with the <br /> provisions of this agreement including but not limited to: travel, <br /> postage and mailing fees, telephone, printing, etc. <br /> 3. SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CITY: <br /> ( a) The City will, through its Department of Planning and <br /> Development Services Staff and its Planning and Zoning Commissions, <br /> assist in the design of the survey, the selection of the sample, and <br /> coordination of the conduct and collection of the survey. <br /> ( b) The City will provide letterhead for preparation of <br /> the introductory letters to be signed by the Mayor. <br /> (c) The City will, through its Department of Planning and <br /> Development Services staff and Public Information Office, publicize the <br /> decision to conduct the survey and the benefits to be derived from <br /> the survey, through newsletters, local media, official meetings and <br /> other reasonable avenues. <br /> 4. PAYMENTS BY THE CITY: <br /> ( a) Upon receipt of an invoice from the Consultants indicating <br /> completion of each of the following phases of services, the City will <br /> pay to the Consultants the respective sum indicated: <br />
