The following documents represent our <br />understanding of the scope of services being requested and our proposed fee. This <br />submittal includes the following: <br />• Scope of Services - This is a scope of services. It is understood that scope <br />refinement is complete after initial conversations with the City. <br />• Budget (Attachment A) - The budget is based on hourly cost estimations. <br />• Rate Schedule (Attachment B) - The rate schedule was utilized to develop and <br />hourly rate fee. <br />• Study Type Categories (Attachment C) - Based on existing floodplain information, <br />each stream was categorized. The categories are based the current Guadalupe - <br />Blanco River Authority (GBRA) study, the 2007 Flood Protection Planning (FPP) <br />study, and the current effective Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) <br />studies.
