RPS Espey <br />Attachment A <br />b. Erosion problem <br />15. Mitchell & Gravel (500 blk Mitchell) <br />a. Low water crossing. Lots of water runs down Mitchell to Purgatory creek during <br />rain event and in need of erosion control. <br />16. Harvey and Moore (500 blk Harvey) <br />a. Homeowner at 503 Harvey complains about flooding <br />17. Faris (400 blk) <br />a. 400 block of Faris has inverted crown and is used as drainage channel. Lots of <br />debris and water during rain events out of creek <br />18. Ed J L Green @ Alta Vista St. (100 blk Alta Vista) <br />a. Area inlet in canyon discharges into Spring Lake; good water quality project. <br />Grate gets clogged and buried and water flows over road <br />b. Water (spring water ?) running down 200 blk of Ed JL Green runs in road. Slick <br />due to algae growth, causes the pavement to deteriorate <br />19. Edward Gary between E. San Antonio and S. LBJ (100 blk S. Edward Gary) <br />a. No infrastructure. Large amounts of water flow down Ed Gary onto S. LBJ. <br />Lots of silt and debris <br />20.435 N. Comanche <br />a. Apartments 101 -103 flood during a heavy rain event from water coming off of <br />Lindsey <br />b. Parking lot floods at the bottom of the hill. Worse now that TX State built <br />detention system across the street <br />21.100 E. MLK <br />a. Ditch behind old Justice Center inadequate. Drainage Maintenance tried to <br />clean but fiber optic line will not allow for correct grading. Steep slopes, needs <br />pipe put in. <br />22. S. LBJ bridge @ Willow Creek (700 blk S. LBJ) <br />a. TXDOT reported spauling on bridge. Large chunks of concrete missing, rebar <br />exposed. May be structurally unsound <br />23. Coers Circle <br />a. Constant complaints about drainage system in this area. Undersized pipes, <br />ditches clog, etc. <br />24. Victory Gardens Subdivision (South — Below Willow Springs Creek) <br />a. Roadways between Ellis and Patton <br />25.300 block of S. LBJ at Cheatham - There are curb and area inlets (old) there, but the <br />pipe ends at the RR tracks and has no outfall <br />26. McAllister Street, per phone call from Rey Garcia on June 26 (see phone notes) <br />27. Comanche and Lindsey downstream of Texas State per meeting with Rey Garcia and <br />Laurie Moyer on July 17 <br />
