<br /> 175 <br /> RAMON LUCIO, RIO VISTA, RIO VISTA ANNEX, AND BICENTENNIAL <br /> PARKS RECREATION DEVELOPMENT <br /> TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION 11 <br /> RESTROOM BUILDINGS <br /> d. Systems of Wiring: <br /> (1) The electrical service will be 120/240 volts, single <br /> phase, 3 wire, 60 cycle service. <br /> (2) Branch circuits shall be 120 volts, 3 wire, single <br /> phase, for the restroom building. <br /> 11-18 CARPENTRY AND MILLWORK: <br /> a. This section is intended to cover carpentry, millwork, and <br /> related items necessary to complete work shown on plans and/or <br /> herein specified. Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, <br /> and equipment necessary to complete the work including rough <br /> hardware, installation of finish hardware, and miscellaneous <br /> specialty items. <br /> b. Beams shall be 4 by 12 rough sawn cedar Western Wood <br /> Products Association Western Cedar surfaced dry at 19 \ maximum <br /> moisture content, Appearance grade or better. The beams shall be <br /> selected without checks or cracks. Lumber, if not excellent in <br /> appearance, shall be certified as. to the grade by the Western Wood <br /> Products Association. <br /> c. Th~ Roof Deck shall be 2"x6", #1 grade or better, single <br /> tongue and groove with V joint bottom face, kiln-dried southern <br /> pine. <br /> d. Fascia shall be 2"x6" fascia, #1 grade or better, <br /> kiln-dried southern pine. <br /> e. Lumber Grading Requirements: <br /> (1) Moisture Content: Framing lumber not to exceed 19\ <br /> and finish lumber and millwork not to exceed 12\. <br /> (2) Grade and Trade Work: Lumber will be graded in <br /> accordance with grading rules and manufacturer's association under <br /> which rules lumber is produced. Lumber shall bear the grade <br /> marking and trade mark of the association. <br /> 11-27 <br />
