RESTROOM BUILDING work shall be measured for payment as a <br /> complete unit. No separate measurement shall be made for <br /> excavation, foundations, electrical, plumbing, rough carpentry , <br /> metal work, masonry work, finish carpentry, roofinq, 4 1/2' <br /> concrete walk around building, hardware, with electrical, sewer, <br /> and water service to 5' stubout, but all items shall be subsidiary <br /> to the item bid. <br /> b. RESTROOM BUILDING acceptably completed and measured as <br /> provided above, will be paid for at tne contract unit price bid <br /> for RESTROOM BUILDING, which price shall be full compensation for <br /> furnishing all material, and for all equipment, tools, labor and <br /> incidentals necessary to complete the work. <br /> 11-29 <br />
