<br /> FILTRATION/DETENTION SYSTEM
<br /> properly catch, separate, filter, and convey storm water from the
<br /> improvements as shown on the drawinqs (sheets 4 and 5), but all
<br /> such items shall be considered subsidiary work pertaininq to this
<br /> item bid.
<br /> b. RIO VISTA PARKING LOT "A" FILTRATION/ DETENTION SYSTEM
<br /> shall be installed as provided above.
<br /> No separate payment shall be made for structural excavation,
<br /> subqrade preparation, reinforced concrete pipe, drop inlet,
<br /> splitter box, outlet concrete headwalls, sand filter complete,
<br /> perforated pvc pipe, "tiqht line" pvc pipe, pipe connections and
<br /> fittinqs, pipe splices (where allowed), devices required to attach
<br /> pipes to structures, etc. all as required to properly catch,
<br /> separate, filter, and convey storm water from the improvements as
<br /> shown on the drawinqs (sheet 6), but all such items shall be
<br /> considered subsidiary work pertaininq to this item bid.
<br /> c. RAMON LUCIO FILTRATION/DETENTION SYSTEM shall be installed
<br /> as provided above. No separate payment shall be made for
<br /> structural excavation, subqrade preparation, reinforced concrete
<br /> pipe, drop inlet-, spli tter Þox, outlet conc;::rete headwalls, sand
<br /> filter complete, perforated pvc pipe, "tiqht line" pvc pipe, pipe

<br /> properly catch, separate, filter, and convey storm water from the
<br /> improvements as shown on the drawinqs (sheets 8 and 9), but all
<br /> such items shall be considered subsidiary work pertaininq to this
<br /> item bid.
<br /> d. RIO VISTA ANNEX FILTRATION/DETENTION SYSTEH acceptably
<br /> completed as provided above, will be paid for at the contract lump
<br /> sum price bid for RIO VISTA ANNEX FILTRATION/DETENTION SYSTEM,
<br /> which price shall be full compensation for furnishinq all
<br /> materials, and for all equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals
<br /> necessary to complete the work.
<br /> e. RIO VISTA PARKING LOT "A" FILTRATION/ DETENTION SYSTEM
<br /> acceptably completed as provided above, will be paid for at the
<br /> contract lump sum price bid for RIO VISTA ANNEX PARKING LOT "Aft
<br /> FILTRATION/DETENTION SYSTEH, which price shall be full compensation
<br /> for furnishinq all materials, and for all equipment, tools, labor,
<br /> and incidentals necessary to complete the work.
