<br /> 114 <br /> RAMON LUCIO, RIO VISTA, RIO VISTA ANNEX, AND BICENTENNIAL <br /> PARKS RECREATION DEVELOPMENT <br /> TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION 6 <br /> ASPHALTIC PAVEMENT <br /> 6-10 CLEANUP: <br /> a. After the work required has been accomplished the work <br /> areas shall be thoroughly cleaned of all debris, chunks, forms, and <br /> stakes and left in a neat and finished condition. <br /> 6-11 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT: <br /> a. HOT MIX ASPHALTIC CONCRETE shall be measured by the square <br /> yard compacted and in place (2" minimum thickness). <br /> b. Subbase work will NOT be measured for separate payment, but <br /> be considered subsidiary work pertaining to the several bid items. <br /> c. FLEXIBLE BASE shall be measured by the square yard <br /> compacted and in place (8" minimum thickness). <br /> d. Striping, cutting and matching existing paving, and all <br /> items required for complying with the specifications and drawings <br /> but not herein enumerated shall not be measured for separate <br /> payment but shall be considered subsidiary work pertaining to the <br /> contract item. <br /> e. HOT MIX ASPHALTIC CONCRETE acceptably completed, and <br /> measured as provided above, will be paid for at the contract unit <br /> price per square yard bid for HOT XIX ASPHALTIC CONCRETE, which <br /> price shall be full compensation for furnishing all materials, and <br /> for all equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals necessary to <br /> complete the work. <br /> f. FLEXIBLE BASE acceptably completed, and measured as <br /> provided above, will be paid for at the contract unit price per <br /> square yard bid for FLEXIBLE BASE, which price shall be full <br /> compensation for furnishing all materials, and for all equipment, <br /> tools, labor and incidentals necessary to complete the work. <br /> 6-4 <br />
