<br /> 142 <br /> RAMON LUCIO, RIO VISTA, RIO VISTA ANNEX, AND BICENTENNIAL <br /> PARKS RECREATION DEVELOPMENT <br /> TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION 9 <br /> ELECTRICAL WORK - GENERAL <br /> 9-23 GUARANTEE: <br /> a. The entire electrical system shall be guaranteed against <br /> defective material or workmanship for a period of one year from the <br /> date of acceptance by the Owner. <br /> b. Should any trouble develop within the time specified above, <br /> due to faulty material and/or workmanship, the trouble shall be <br /> corrected by the Contractor at no expense to the Owner. <br /> 9-24 CLEANUP: <br /> a. The Contractor shall make final cleanup of all parts of <br /> the work before final acceptance. This cleanup shall include <br /> removal of all construction materials and equipment, and in general <br /> preparing the site in an orderly and finished appearance. <br /> 9-25 MEASUREMENT AND P AYKENT: <br /> a. Electrical Work -General will not be measured for separate <br /> payment but shall be considered subsidiary work pertaining to the <br /> involved items of the contract. <br /> 9-12 <br />
