<br /> 147 <br /> RAMON LUCIO, RIO VISTA, RIO VISTA ANNEX, AND BICENTENNIAL <br /> PARKS RECREATION DEVELOPMENT <br /> TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION 10 <br /> EXTERIOR ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS <br /> 10-06 TESTING: <br /> a. After the installation is completed and at such time as <br /> the Engineer may direct, the contractor shall conduct an operating <br /> test for approval. The equipment shall be demonstrated to operate <br /> in accordance with the requirements of this specification andlor <br /> a completed, usable system providing the exterior electrical power <br /> and lighting service intended. <br /> 10-07 CLEANUP: <br /> a. The contractor shall make final cleanup of all parts of <br /> the work before final acceptance. This cleanup shall include <br /> removal of all construction materials and equipment, and in <br /> general, preparing the site in an orderly and finished appearance. <br /> 10-08 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT: <br /> a. RIO VISTA ANNEX EXTERIOR ELECTRICAL SYSTEK shall be <br /> measured for payment as a complete unit, from and including the <br /> weatherhead at transformerl meter pole to the traffic type junction <br /> box at the 5 feet building line fJ:om the Restroom Building. There <br /> will be no separate measurement for connections, conduit, <br /> conductors, weatherheads, circuit breakers, panelboards, fittings, <br /> hardware, electrical distribution system, trenching and <br /> backfilling, testing, etc., but all such items shall be considered <br /> subsidiary work pertaining to th& item bid. <br /> b. RAMON LUCIO EXTERIOR ELECTRICAL SYSTEM shall be measured <br /> for payment as a complete unit, from and including the weatherhead <br /> at transformerl meter pole to the traffic type junction box at the <br /> 5 feet building line from the Group Shelter.
