<br /> 23 <br /> STATE OF TEXAS <br /> COUNTY OF COMAL <br /> LEASE CONTRACT <br /> LANDMARK ENTERPRISES, by and through Richard E. Denson, <br /> Managing Partner, hereinafter referred to as Lessor, and the City <br /> of San Marcos, Texas, by and through LARRY GILLEY, CITY MANAGER, <br /> hereinafter referred to as LESSEE, have entered into the following <br /> lease contract, TO WIT: <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> I. LEASED PREMISES <br /> LESSOR hereby leases to LESSEE and LESSEE hereby leases from <br /> LESSOR upon the herein recited terms and conditions approximately <br /> eight hundred thirty-five (835) square feet of space in a building <br /> located at 166 Comal Avenue, New Braunfels, Comal County, Texas, as <br /> fully illustrated in the attached drawing made a part of this <br /> contract and hereinafter referred to as the leased premises, said <br /> leased premises being situated on that real property more <br /> particularly described as follows: <br /> Southeast 84' of Lot 43, Block 1005 as shown and <br /> designated on the plat of New Braunfels, Comal County, <br /> Texas, which is recorded in Volume G, Page 127, Deed <br /> Records of Comal County, Texas. <br /> II. TERM AND "AT WILL" TERMINATION <br /> This lease contract shall be for a primary term beg inning <br /> October 1, 1990 and ending September 30, 1992 unless sooner <br /> terminated as provided hereinafter. Option is hereby granted by <br />
