OTHER SERVICE <br /> When the Customer requests service outside the scope of this <br /> Agreement, it will be furnished at ITRON'S applicable time and <br /> material rates and terms then in effect. <br /> 15. NETWORK COMPUTING CORPORATION <br /> Network Computing Corporation is an authorized Distributor of <br /> Itron's products and is authorized by Itron to perform services <br /> for Itron Equipment. Such services to be performed by NCC for <br /> customer include but are not limited to: <br /> (a) Providing a customer support hot line twenty-four hours <br /> per day, seven days a week, for hardware and software <br /> support services. Non-standard customer support hours <br /> (6:00 p.m. to 8: 00 a. In., and on Saturday and Sunday) are <br /> limited to critical system inoperable problem <br /> resolution. <br /> (b) Providing through the hot line service response to <br /> operational questions, problem resolution guidance, and <br /> system consulting. <br /> (c) Requesting from Itron technical or maintenance support <br /> for the Customer. <br /> This authorization may be canceled upon termination of the <br /> Distributor Agreement between Itron and Network Computing <br /> Corporation.
