<br /> 849 781 <br /> The Grantors hereby grant to the Grantee, and its agents and <br /> contractors a reasonable right of ingress and egress across the <br /> property described on the attached Exhibit IIBII for reasonable <br /> service and maintenance work within the easement granted herein. <br /> The Grantors agree not to unreasonably interfere with the <br /> reasonable use of the easement granted herein and not to cause <br /> damage or waste to Grantee's property or equipment within the <br /> boundaries of said easement. <br /> The easement granted herein is limited in use to its express <br /> terms. No implied right of use of this easement beyond the <br /> express terms of this easement is intended or expected.
