J. Allen and <br /> Odessa Allen, their successors and assigns ( " Grantors") hereby <br /> grant to the City of San Marcos, Texas, its successors and <br /> assigns (" Grantee") an easement over the property described on <br /> the attached Exhibit "A." <br /> The easement granted herein shall be used only for <br /> residential electrical utility lines supplying the residential <br /> electrical needs of Lots 2 and 3, Park Place Subdivision, Hays <br /> County, Texas. <br /> The easement granted herein shall not be used for telephone <br /> lines, television lines, transformers, or any use other than <br /> residential electrical utility lines supplying the residential <br /> electrical needs of Lots 2 and 3, Park Place Subdivision, Hays <br /> County, Texas. Any and all electrical utility lines in this <br /> easement shall all be strung at the same height. <br /> No utility poles, guy wi res, or other supporting structures <br /> presently exist in the easement with the exception of a guy wire <br /> that presently exists on the northwest side of the easement to <br /> support a power pole on the northwest side of the easement.
