Surrender of Leased Premises: <br /> Lessee will at the expiration of this lease or upon any sooner <br /> termination hereof, quit and sur:-render the leased premises to <br /> Lessor [Jeaceably, quietly and in as Good order and condition as <br /> now exists, reasonable use and wear thereof and authorized <br /> improvements excepted. <br /> 10. Holding Over: <br /> In the event Lessee shall hold over and remain in posseSSion <br /> of the premises he re i n leased after the expiration of this <br /> Agreement without any written renewal thereof, such holding <br /> over shall not be deemed to operate as a renewal or extension <br /> of this Agreement but shall only crea te a tenancy from mortth <br /> to month which may be termirtated at arty time by the Lessor. <br /> 11. Nondiscrimination: <br /> The Lessee shall not determine against any employee or applicartt <br /> for employment because of race, reliGion, sex, color, national <br /> origin, age or physical handicap. The Lessee shall include a <br /> similar provision in any subcontract it may enter into in <br /> connection with th is Agreement. <br />
