Cloud Jr., and Son property and the southwest corner of the herein described tract; THENCE along the east boundary of Callihan's Alley N 90 25' W 133.00 feet to an iron pin set at the intersection of said east boundary with the southeast boundary of the Missouri Pacific Railroad right-of-way; THENCE along the railroad boundary N 41042' E 7.10 feet to an iron pin; THENCE leaving the railroad boundary, N 800 35' E a distance of 144.47 feet to an iron pin set in the west boundary of C.M. Allen Parkway for the northeast corner of this tract; THENCE along the west boundary of C.M. Allen Parkway, S 90 25' E 137.45 feet to the point of Beginning, containing 20,606.511 square feet of land. Surveyed August 14,1979 by Malcolm F. Goodwin, Registered Public Surveyor, Reg. No. 1884. SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage and after it has been subject to reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider it. If reconsidered on December 17, 199<it shall be in effect ten days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not go into effect if denied. If not reconsidered and approved it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 10thday of December, 1990, subject to reconsideration at the next regular City Council meeting scheduled for December 17, 1990.
