<br />-4- <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ARTICLE VI <br />COMMITTEES <br /> <br />Committees, standing or special, shall be appointed by the Chair <br />as the Planning Commission shall direct. <br /> <br /> <br />ARTICLE VII <br />PARLIAMENTARY AUTHORITY <br /> <br />Section 1. Except as otherwise provided in these By-Laws, or <br />specifically provided in Section 2 of this Article, the rules <br />contained in the most current edition of Robert's Rules of Order <br />Revised shall govern the Planning Commission in all cases to <br />which they are applicable. <br /> <br />section 2. At the close of each hearing of the public, each <br />member of the Planning Commission shall be afforded an <br />opportunity to make a statement relevant to the issues presented <br />during the hearing. <br /> <br /> <br />ARTICLE VIII <br />AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />These rules may be amended at any meeting by a vote of the <br />majority of the entire membership of the Commission provided five <br />(5) days notice of the proposed changes has been given to each <br />member of the Commission. <br /> <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City of San Marcos Planning <br />Commission on this the 27th day of November , 199~. <br /> <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br /> <br />ftr/ ¿: /J~ <br /> <br />Ja a E.
