LSC~ PROJECT BUDGET AND JUSTIFICATION <br /> The following is an outline of project costs which will <br /> be charged to the LSCA grant. The next section of the <br /> narrative will discuss project costs which will be <br /> absorbed locally. <br /> A. PERSONNEL & FRINGE BEN~FITS: <br /> Lifelong Learning Project Coordinator <br /> 40 hrs/wk for 52 weeks at $8.79/hr. $ 18,283. <br /> Standard city benefits at 22% of wages 4,022. <br /> TOTAL $ 22,305. <br /> Justification: The Project Coordinator is <br /> needed to train and recruit volunteer tutors, <br /> recruit students and match them with tutors, <br /> develop the Job Information Center, conduct <br /> seminars on use of JIC resources, publicize <br /> project activities, etc, The salary is <br /> consistent with that of other staff members <br /> doing comparable work, <br /> TOTAL: $ 22,305. <br />
